G-P Gia Beta Launch
I led the internal production for the G-P Gia Beta launch, a critical milestone that introduced our agentic AI tool to select customers before the broader market release.
The Beta launch required a different approach than a full product launch—we needed to generate excitement and demonstrate Gia's capabilities while managing expectations around its evolving feature set. The creative had to speak to early adopters who understood they were getting first access to transformative technology, balancing aspirational messaging with the practical realities of a Beta experience.
I partnered with Bonfire Labs to develop the creative strategy and campaign assets, working closely with our internal creative team to ensure alignment with G-P's brand standards and product marketing objectives. Coordinating across designers, copywriters, and video editors, I managed the production of launch materials including product demo videos, email campaigns, social content, and sales enablement assets that positioned Gia Beta as an exclusive opportunity.
Managing stakeholder alignment across product, marketing, sales, and executive leadership, I facilitated the creative development process to balance ambitious creative vision with technical accuracy and timeline constraints. The result was a cohesive Beta launch campaign that successfully onboarded early customers, generated valuable product feedback, and built momentum for Gia's full market debut.
